The dynamic duo is back, and they’re turning up the heat! Luke Zocchi and Alexz Parvi are on the mat to challenge everything with Centr Ignite.
This 6-week program fuses bodyweight and dumbbell moves to activate full-body strength, sculpt every muscle and blast your cardio fitness.
After Unlimited, Alexz and I didn’t waste any time planning the next program. We’ve added weights to challenge you in all-new ways with Ignite

How does Centr Ignite work?
Ignite combines dumbbell exercises with the bodyweight classics you loved from Centr Unlimited in a 6-week program across 3 training levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Here’s what you’re getting yourself into:
- Fiery 35-minute max, low-equipment workouts.
- A fun and challenging mix of exercise styles including weighted strength training, HIIT, HIRT, plyo, Pilates, MMA and functional training. You’ll even recognize Centr 6-inspired circuits in the final phase!
- Luke and Alexz perform every exercise with you. Look out for the on-screen pointer when the trainer on the right is demonstrating modifications or progressions, as well as instruction on which weights to use (but more on that later).
- Your trainers will push your progress further with a change of phase every 2 weeks: Activate, Sculpt and Blast.

How do I join the Centr Ignite action?
You’ll find Ignite in the Programs section, ready to start at any time.
Before you hit play, you’ll need to select the program level that suits your current level of fitness.
- Beginner: If you rarely exercise or have a low level of cardio fitness.
- Intermediate: If you already train 2-4 times per week at a moderate intensity.
- Advanced: If you train 4+ days per week and have a high level of cardio fitness.
You do not need to have completed another Centr program to take on Ignite. However, if you have done Centr Unlimited, we recommend you begin Ignite at the same level – the weights will make it a bigger challenge.

What equipment do I need?
We recommend using two sets of dumbbells for Ignite: one lighter pair and one heavier pair. Watch and listen out for cues on when to switch weights during a workout.
Lighter weights: Used for dynamic and plyometric moves like dumbbell burpees and punching combos, as well as isolation exercises.
Heavier weights: To challenge your muscles on more ‘static’ exercises such as dumbbell deadlifts and glute bridges.
Remember, these weight ranges in the table above are just a guide. If you are a beginner, it’s okay to train without weights until you have nailed the technique.
Don’t have dumbbells? Find out how to use things you already have at home.
What results will I get with Centr Ignite?
Luke and Alexz have split Ignite into 3 distinct phases, so you’ll always be working toward bigger gains.
- ACTIVATE will build full-body strength using bodyweight and dumbbell moves, then maximize fat loss with a cardio burst finisher to spark the afterburn effect.
- SCULPT introduces fiery supersets combining cardio and resistance training for a strength boost and all-over toning.
- BLAST will take your cardio fitness and muscle to the next level with circuit-style workouts for a final test of strength and endurance.
What should I do on my rest days?
When training with weights, rest is vital to allow your muscles time to repair and grow. You can rest completely, or use active recovery to help reduce muscle soreness and maintain mobility.
