Orders are typically processed within 48 hours after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, closures, or periods of high order volume.

Free shipping is available on select products. Flat-rate shipping applies to Centr x HYROX gear, official HYROX equipment, Centr accessories, and dumbbells within the continental United States.


Smaller items ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Larger items ship through one of our trusted freight partners.

Centr ships within the United States, including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or locations outside the United States.

Yes. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 15 days of the date listed on your purchase invoice.
