The ball is great! I
"The ball is great! I recommend getting it because you can practice with it to get used to how you feel on race day. As for target, it’s heavy. If you have a rack high enough then it would be ideal but if you purchase it and you don’t have a rack to mount it to, then it will be difficult. The bolts are too big and wide to mount it on your home wall even with support. I would just use a card board and mark it with an “x” at 9 ft high."
