What is HYROX?

HYROX is a fitness competition made for Every Body. HYROX aims to inspire athletes worldwide to engage in the healthiest form of training and competition on earth-- the World Series of Fitness of Fitness Racing. Centr x HYROX's expert-backed Competition Equipment line is the world's first ever equipment made for the sport. Each piece is expertly engineered for HYROX training at home or in the gym, and for competition on race day.

How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks after receiving payment. However, processing time may be slowed when we are closed for the holidays. Or if we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of orders, order processing may be delayed.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping on select products. Flat-rate shipping applies to Centr x HYROX gear, official HYROX equipment, Centr accessories, and dumbbells within the continental United States.

Smaller items ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
Large items ship through one of our trusted freight partners.

Where can you ship to?

Centr ships to addresses within the U.S, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. With the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. We currently do not ship outside of the contiguous United States.

Am I able to return the product if I decide to?

Yes, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within the first 15 days of the date listed on the purchase invoice with the following guidelines and exceptions: *Sale Items* and *Items that have been mishandled, damaged or altered beyond reason*.

Will my product come with assembly?

Unfortunately, our products sold on our website do not include assembly and installation. If you’re looking for help with assembly, please reach out to our Customer Service department.
