"The sled pull is one of the most important stations in a Hyrox race, and one where you can lose the most time if you aren't prepared. Alternatively, you can potentially take minutes off your time if you are prepared and have practiced not only the sled pull itself, but proper rope management. While doing sled drags with whatever random sled they have at your gym is fine for building glute and hamstring strength, you really need to practice with the same equipment you will be using on race day. Do yourself a favor and set yourself up for success instead!"
