Don’t let your healthcare dollars expire! Whether you’re a longtime Centr member, new to the team, or just starting to set up your home gym, now is the time to invest in you.

How do I claim my Centr membership?

1. After purchasing your digital membership, visit TrueMed.com to complete a brief health survey for submission to a licensed medical provider.
2. If you qualify, you’ll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity.
3. Submit documentation to your FSA/HSA administrator for reimbursement consideration.

How do I claim my Centr equipment?

1. Head over to shop.centr.com to browse our wide range of fitness equipment. Look for items marked with the ‘Pay with HSA/FSA’ tag. These are eligible for purchase using your benefits.
2. Add your equipment to your cart, and select Truemed from the payment options dropdown at checkout. Do not use Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay or any accelerated checkout options.
3. Enter your HSA or FSA card details as the payment method during checkout, and complete any compliance paperwork you receive.

Note: All reimbursements and payments are managed by TrueMed and your FSA/HSA administrator. You do not need to take any additional steps with Centr.
