Your muscles aren’t the only ones that need recovery. When your brain’s been on a treadmill since sunrise, pressing pause isn’t lazy – it’s strong. That’s why we’ve added six new soundscapes to the Centr app: to support your mental reset, emotional regulation, and overall recovery.
Whether you’re chasing clarity, calm, or just five minutes without your phone yelling at you – these are here to help.
Think white sand beaches, bird-filled mornings, or a purring cat around your ankles. Because strength isn’t just built in the gym. It’s how you show up everywhere.
If you aren't a member yet, sign up to the Centr App to unlock our full Soundscapes library.
