My mother is a yoga instructor. I have my great mate Tahl on speed dial. I live in a place renowned for its beautiful nature and spiritual vibes. Sadly, none of this has made me a natural at mindfulness. But I'm trying!
So maybe you're a little like me and don't think you're really into meditation – that's okay. Why not give it a go this week with this lineup of meditations that have actually helped me? You might just find they work for you, too.

Take a Breath Before Bed
If Tahl has taught me one thing, it's how to just stop and breathe. It never fails to calm everything down. That's why this short, simple, effective breathing exercise is the perfect way to get yourself ready for bed after a stressful day.

Stop Giving a F*ck in a Few Minutes
If I was going to write a book on mindfulness, I'd call it The Art of Not Giving a Sh*t. But Fabrice beat me to it, so I guess I'll leave it to the pro! His attitude makes meditation accessible even if you're not super spiritual or find it hard to sit still.

Let it Go, Head to Toe
The only thing Mama Zocchi loves more than a body scan meditation is Sergio's voice. Let's be honest, what body wouldn't let go of all its pent-up tension when those dulcet tones kick in? Great after a huge day on set or at work.
4/7
Stop Procrastinating
Sometimes you just need a mate to give you some tough love about getting things done. And if that friend is a Hollywood stuntman who knows a thing or two about springing into action, even better.
5/7
Fight the Good Fight
This combines my first love, boxing, with meditation, something I'm trying to love. We all need a bit of motivation or a confidence booster from time to time, and Michael's got us covered.

Meditation for Kids: Let Your Worries Go
I have been told that I am very youthful. Or was it that I have the maturity level of a 7 year old? Either way, Taika's beautiful little Meditation for Kids makes me feel a whole lot less worried – and it can help do the same for you and the rug rats.

Soundscape: Byron Bay Surf
I'm lucky that my job is active – I find it hard to concentrate when I'm sitting at a desk. But for those times when I need to crack the laptop, like writing workout programs, this track helps me focus and get it done.
