Whether you're hosting or have been asked to bring a plate, no spread is complete without a fresh salad.
Forget sad limp leaves – these recipes add color, crunch, and flavor for salads that are worthy of a place on the table.
Whatever crowd you're trying to please, we have four perfect salads guaranteed to impress.
1/4
Shrimp Caesar Salad
It's a classic salad – with just one little upgrade to push it over the top: shrimp! Something about shrimp just screams long weekend, keeping things light while adding flavor and wow factor. Our Shrimp Caesar Salad makes a great complete meal for any pescatarians on your invite list, too.
2/4
Asian Chicken & Rice Noodle Salad
You could throw another block of ice into your drink, or you could just break out our Asian Chicken & Rice Noodle Salad. Yes, it’s that refreshing! A lime, honey and garlic dressing makes for a fresh flavor, while rice noodles deliver a lighter bite than your average pasta salad.
3/4
Barbecued Vegetable Salad With Haloumi & Pesto
Make room on the grill. The vibrant green pesto adds splashes of zing and color.
4/4
Darren Robertson’s Charred Broccoli Salad With Pancetta, Mint & Almonds.
Darren’s Charred Broccoli Salad packs a crunch, with pancetta, golden crispy bread, almonds, and broccoli charred just so. And once you’ve tasted Darren’s minty dressing, you’ll be looking for ways to use it everywhere.
