Your Movement with Centr
With Centr you can work out anytime, anywhere – at home or the gym – and select from a huge variety of training styles to find what works for you.

Where can I find workouts?
- When you join Centr, you set your goal, training intensity and eating preferences – and Your Plan in the Home section is instantly personalized to help you reach your fitness goals.
- The Explore section houses every style of workout on Centr – in Coached and Self-Guided formats. You can search for workouts in Explore using filters, then swap them into Your Plan or hit ‘save’ for later.
- One of the best ways to kickstart a fitness journey is with one of our specialized programs. Get the lowdown on all of our programs here.
- To help you stay on track, you can add in-progress programs to Your Plan. Simply head to Settings > Your Plan Settings to toggle workout programs on or off.
- You can find your workout history in the Profile section, including a snapshot view of workouts you completed this month.
Troubleshoot your training:
- Want to swap a workout? Find out how to do it right.
- You can filter for ‘low impact’ workouts in Explore, and many feature modifications.
- Nail your form by filtering for 'Technique Training' in Coached Workouts.
- If you don’t have equipment at home, try these household item hacks.
- Get your workouts back on track after injury or illness.
- Read our advice on how heavy you should lift and don’t forget to track your weights and reps.
- Everyone is different, but we can give you a rough idea of how long it will take to start seeing results from all your hard work.

Centr meal plans are designed to give you all the nutrition and fuel you need to stay healthy and keep chasing your fitness goals.

The meals you will see in Your Plan are personalized according to the Meal Plan you have selected (Regular, Pescatarian, Vegetarian or Vegan) and your Goal. To find out more about nutrition, read the nutrition guide for your goal:
- Lose Fat nutrition guide
- Healthy, Fit & Toned nutrition guide – if your Goal is set to Get Toned, Stay Healthy & Fit, Increase Cardio Endurance or Everyday Strength & Mobility.
- Build Muscle nutrition guide – if your Goal is set to Build Strength or Gain Muscle.
