Almost complete - it sways without all the parts
"The way the front poles are designed don't allow for them to swivel from side to side. The Gym is ""almost nice"" What I mean by that is my gym arrived. But was missing a floor plate. It strengthens and stabilizes the front pulley rods. (The ones that don't swivel) I called support several times now but have yet to see the missing floor plate. I'm tired of contacting support on this matter. So I'm writing my review on the gym. It's not complete. Good support is going to be integral for this purchase. There are other crossover machines for half the price but I wanted This one!Maybe I can go to a welder or a home Depot to find something to stabilize my gym once and for all. Doesn't seem like anyone at support cares to help fulfill my purchase order. Update: woo-hoo! I received the missing foot plate! I put it on, tightened up the rest of the nuts & bolts. Thank you Centr 1 support. This ol' Vet is a happy camper. ( Not the doggie type- Government Issue -"

"I am so happy I ran across this machine at Costco. At first I thought it would be just another cheaply made one. I ordered and am so glad I did. This thing is compact and functional. My family and I now have a full home gym in our garage. No more trips to the gym or paying for memberships. It was fairly easy to put together. I did have to watch the YouTube videos regarding pulley assembly. It is incredibly well built and you can do so much with it."
