1. Issuer
Centr Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) are issued by HEALTH IN MOTION, LLC, an affiliate of Centr LLC, with a registered address at 3300 HORSELESS CARRIAGE DRIVE, NORCO, CA 92860 (“we”, “us”, “our”). Gift Cards are sold and fulfilled through our Shopify store at https://shop.centr.com. By purchasing, accepting, or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Redemption & Use
- Gift Cards may be redeemed only for eligible purchases made on https://shop.centr.com.
- Gift Cards cannot be used outside of our online store unless explicitly stated.
- Gift Cards may be applied to product purchases, taxes, and shipping fees (if applicable).
- Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, or used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, or promotional purposes without our approval.
3. Non-Refundable & Final Sale
- Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable.
4. Expiration & Fees
- Gift Cards do not expire.
5. Delivery
- Digital Gift Cards are delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
- We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable email addresses provided by the purchaser.
- If you do not receive your Gift Card, please contact support@centr.com with your order number.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use
- Treat Gift Cards like cash.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of a Gift Card.
7. Balance
- Gift Card balances can be checked at any time through the link in the original Gift Card email or by contacting support@centr.com.
8. Promotions
- Gift Cards purchased as part of a promotional bundle or incentive may be subject to additional terms (e.g., minimum spend requirements, non-stackable rules).
9. Fraud
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards or related orders if we suspect fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
- We may request additional verification from the purchaser in these cases.
10. Limitations
- Gift Cards are not debit or credit cards and do not earn interest.
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
- Gift Cards cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash unless required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to their conflicts of laws provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version posted on https://shop.centr.com/pages/gift-card-terms-and-conditions at the time of use will apply.
