Ski Machine Strength moves through three phases over 8 weeks. Each builds on the last, from mechanics and strength base, to race-pace conversion, to a tapered benchmark finish.
Phase 1: Mechanics and Strength Base
Weeks 1-3. Groove your hinge-and-pull rhythm, build strength exposure, and log the opening ski benchmark. Read more.
Phase 2: Strength and Race-Pace Conversion
Weeks 4-6. Heavier carry and lift load, denser stations, and repeatable race-pace ski, with mobility on Day 4. Read more.
Phase 3: Simulation and Taper
Weeks 7-8. Race-style ski-and-station combos, lower volume, and the closing benchmark. Read more.
