Each week in your planner, you’ll find tips to support your Gunnar journey – from food to motivation. You’ll also get regular Centr meditations and sleep visualizations to help keep you focused and get the rest you need.
Will I be able to access the program after it finishes on July 14?
As Gunnar X Centr is a special challenge for Centr members, it will only be available for a limited time. The program starts June 17, ends July 14 and will be available via the Explore section in Features until July 21. You can expect more exclusive challenges from Gunnar in the future!
Is there any community support during the program?
You can find 24/7 support and encouragement, ask questions and connect with other women doing Gunnar X Centr in the Centr Facebook community. Our experts also drop into the community with advice and motivation.
What can I do if I’m lacking motivation or willpower?
The Centr Facebook community is always ready to provide motivation and accountability and to share great results. If you need an extra push to get moving or combat cravings, try a meditation from our Explore section. And you can always scroll through your planner to see what Gunnar and the team have in store for you in the 7 days to come!
How can I maintain my results after four weeks with Gunnar?

To consolidate and build on the gains you’ve made with Gunnar, each Monday after Gunnar X Centr ends, we will be introducing an exclusive follow-up workout with a focus on toning and strengthening your body. Stay tuned!
You can also choose to resume regular Centr programming in your daily planner – with a range of trainers and workout styles at your fingertips. You may want to change your goal to ‘Get Fit & Toned’ in settings, or stick with ‘Lose Weight’ if you still have more to go.
