Continue to build with Maricris’s Beginner Fitness Workouts, available in the Explore section. These workouts are the next step in your journey towards the different workout styles on Centr.

You sailed through the workouts, following Maricris and using equipment for most exercises.

Hit Your Plan in the Home section of the app for a curated mix of training styles tailored to your goal.

Try new styles: Make sure your workout difficulty is set to ‘Beginner’, then follow the workouts in Your Plan to sample a variety of training styles.

Burn fat with bodyweight: Torch fat, spike your cardio fitness and get stronger with Centr Unlimited: Beginner. Luke and Alexz will coach you through 6 weeks of workouts with low-impact options.

Train with dumbbells: Try Centr Ignite: Beginner, the 6-week program that combines bodyweight and dumbbell moves to pump up your strength and cardio fitness and sculpt your body.

Mix it up: If you feel ready to try something new, look no further than Centr Fusion. This 6-week program mixes BoxHIIT with Michael, strength training with Ashley and PowerFlow yoga with Tahl.

I struggled quite a bit

You did not feel comfortable with the majority of the movements by the end of the program. You did not finish the workouts in week 3.

You’ll have a better idea of what to expect, so have fun with it and take active rest where possible. Use a resistance band when you’re feeling strong to keep making progress.

Everyone progresses at a different rate and there’s no time limits or expectations.
