Can you believe we turn 1 today? Time flies when you’re suffering through bear crawls and sit thrus (love you, Rulk!), smashing personal bests (plus avocados), finding your focus, finally getting some sleep (zzz), welcoming new trainers, fighting off furry training buddies and laughing along with Zocchi.

Thank you from the bottom of our activated core for being a part of our journey. You inspire us every day.
