So you haven't got a full home-gym setup, but you've got a few bits of gear to work with. You're not so much no equipment, as limited or low equipment. We hear you!
To help you put what you do have to work, we've selected just a few of our trainers' favorite low-equipment workouts – and added some ideas on equipment substitutions if required.
To find more sessions that work with what you've got, you can head into the Explore section at any time and use the filter in Coached or Self-Guided Workouts to bring up options using your selected pieces of equipment (from jump rope to sandbag to barbell).
And if you've got absolutely no equipment, no worries – we've got no-equipment workouts that will work for you, too.

HIIT HIRT Strength: Hyper energy burn
Grab a full bottle of laundry detergent and aim for perfectly clean form to burn fat and carve out lean muscle with Luke Zocchi in this arm and ab burner. Or stick with dumbbells if you've got them!

HIIT Strength: On a mission
Ashley Joi is on a mission to keep you moving! You'll need quick feet, high knees and a set of dumbbells. No dumbbells? Sub in anything around the house that has a bit of weight to it that you can fit in your hand. Just don't stand too close to the window if you opt for nanna's cast iron candlesticks.

Bonus: Complete core challenger
Got 20 minutes? Put your core strength to the ultimate test with Bobby Holland Hanton. The only equipment required for this ab-blasting challenge is a bench – which can be easily replicated with a step, a chair or a sofa, or you can swap in regular floor press-ups.

Train with Chris: Bodyweight burner
Luke designed this session to deliver Chris a powerhouse full-body workout when he's on the road – and for you at home. Dumbbells are optional: if you've got a set, you can add them to the alternating forward lunges for an extra challenge. Remember, you can add extra weight (whether it's dumbbells, a heavy book or a basket full of laundry) to any workout when you're ready to level up.

HIIT HIRT MMA: Core & shoulder shred
All you need for this core-crushing, shoulder-burning, high-intensity workout from Tiffiny Hall is a set of dumbbells and a can-do attitude! We know you've got the latter, but if you can't get your hands on dumbbells, grab some soup cans or fill a couple of old milk bottles with water to give your muscles some resistance to work against.

Boxing: Super shape
There's no better way to spike your heart rate and target your abs than a boxing session with Michael Olajide Jr. This session combines shadow boxing combos, core work and jump rope – and if you don't have a rope, simply get your legs pumping and arms rotating with an imaginary rope to bring the burn.
