Centr 365: the best workouts of 2021 Centr 365: the best workouts of 2021
Centr Team
22 Dec 2021
2021 may not have always delivered, but the workouts got us sweating like Luke trying to keep up in one of Alexz's workouts! This was the year we managed to combine boxing with yoga, our newest trainer got our quads shaking, and, just when we thought we couldn't get any more pumped, the gods of muscle-building dropped Centr Power into our... lats. (BTW, they're huge now, thanks for asking.)
So before the year is over, hit play and let's go one more round with the most clicked on and most saved workouts of 2021.
1/15
Centr Unleashed: Prepare to be Unleashed
Apparently one year of frog squats and seal jacks isn't enough for some people?! It goes to show that, almost 2 years after we first Unleashed with Luke and Ashley, we're still just gluttons for a fat-burning, cardio-boosting, equipment-free good time.
This is the Intermediate level workout; you can also take on the Beginner or the Advanced.
2/15
HIIT HIRT Strength: Progressive Bodyweight
Luke's new workouts in the back half of the year sure lit a fire under your butts! Progressions make each round a bigger challenge in this session.
You can select Intermediate or Advanced, or build up your base of cardio and strength with the Beginner level Bodyweight Kick Off.
3/15
Bonus: 15 Minutes of Fire
Things we didn't expect to see in 2021: dynamic yoga expert Tahl totally burning it up in a 15-minute cardio workout. Things we loved to see in 2021: Tahl showing Luke and Bobby how it's done, without breaking a sweat.
4/15
Plyo: To the Max
Not minimum. Not even medium. When we train with Bobby, we take it to the max. So let's get airborne one more time and fly straight into 2022 with this much-loved workout.
5/15
Dynamic Yoga: Basics for Beginners
Were you that person who FINALLY tried yoga for the first time this year thanks to Centr Align and Tahl's new dynamic yoga sessions? If not, there's still time – let Tahl take you through basic vinyasa movements in this beginner-friendly session.
6/15
HIIT HIRT Strength: The All-rounder
Because there's never a bad time (or place) to revisit this high-intensity bodyweight burner with Luke.
7/15
Bodyweight HILIT: Non-stop Full Body
Our newest trainer may have been late to the party, but she's already made a huge (low-impact) impact. As member Kelly put it after her first workout with Alexz: "Can I have my piña colada now?" One more time through the fire with the Queen of the burn, then you may claim the refreshing beverage.
8/15
Centr Power: Pumped Pecs & Triceps
9/15
Functional Training: Daily Grind
You've given it 100 percent this year – but according to Rulk's calculations, that still leaves 20 percent! Go the full 120 with this classic that will hit you right in the quads and core.
10/15
HIIT Strength: Full-body Mover
Starting a fitness journey can be tough. But when Ashley dropped her brand new, fully-coached Beginner workouts late in the year, it reminded us that it can be fun, too! This bodyweight session is designed to work your whole body.
If you're training at Intermediate or Advanced level, add weights or an extra round to level up.
11/15
Pilates: Down for Tt
Not content to let 2020's #SufferwithSylvia challenge become her crowning glory, Sylvia kept the fire burning in our abs and glutes this year with 4 weeks of Centr Align and workouts like this one.
12/15
Stretching: Hip Release
After an intense home workout or a tough day at the home office, this was the release we needed. Now get up from that desk and let it all out with Tahl one more time!
13/15
Muscle building: Max Gains
The gym was open. Then it was closed again. Either way, we were getting it done at home with Luke's upper-body builder. Grab your dumbbells and get those reps in before it's too late.
14/15
Luke & Chris: Sweat to Reset bonus
At the dawn of 2021, this total sweat-fest from Luke and Chris was the perfect reset for our bodies. It didn't do much to reset what the calendar had in store for us, but hey, it might work for next year! So let's end this year as it began: sweating it out in the backyard with the boys.
15/15
Centr Fusion: BoxHIIT: Blank Slate
Our first ever program using hybrid training styles was a chance to start the new year with a fresh focus. If you veered off track at any point, that's okay. Bring it back to a Blank Slate with Michael, find your stance and start punching toward the future.
