Welcome to 7 Days of Zocchi, or as I prefer to call it, the festival of me! Get set for a full week of hand-picked workouts.
Being a part of the Centr team and gaining a new understanding of each trainer’s philosophy and knowledge has taught me so much, and I want to pass that onto you with a variety of styles and targets.
So are you ready to go full Zocchi? I’ve lined up your week of workouts below. If you’re feeling up for more, head to Explore to add a bonus workout to your schedule.
Let the festival of me begin!
1/7
Monday - My HIIT HIRT Strength: The All-rounder
This week is all about me, so what better way to kick it off than with my most popular solo workout, as clicked on by you Legends! It’s a high-intensity bodyweight session that will get practically every muscle in your body firing.

Tuesday - Sylvia’s Pilates: Down For It
Strength, flexibility, balance… Sylvia will challenge you on all fronts. Don’t be fooled by the floor work, you WILL feel the burn (as the kids say, #SufferwithSylvia!). Pilates is low impact, great for injury prevention, and amazing for building a strong core – which then has flow-on benefits to all your other training.
Why is core strength so important? Check out my core fundamentals.

Wednesday - My HIIT HIRT Strength: Take Charge
Grab your dumbbells! Your Wednesday workout is not just about getting lean and toned all over, but getting full-body strong. Whether it’s HIRT (high-intensity resistance training) or muscle-building style, I love how strength training transforms your body, and the feeling you get from growing stronger.

Thursday - Da Rulk’s Functional Training: Keep Moving
My old Centr 6 buddy Da Rulk’s style of training can be intimidating for beginners, but completing a session gives you a real feeling of achievement... and a whole lot of sweaty laundry to do. When Chris is bulking up for a movie role, functional training is an essential part of our routine so he can maintain mobility. And that’s what’s so great about it – no matter what you’re training for, you will see and feel the benefits in everyday life.
5/7
Friday - Ashley’s HIIT Strength: Reach Higher Ground
Ash is a gun. Like me, she’s all about short and efficient workouts – and that’s why we both love HIIT (high-intensity interval training). It’s so convenient for people who have busy lifestyles and are pushed for time. Plus, no matter what skill level you are, it’s always a challenge.
6/7
Saturday - Michael’s Boxing: Feel that Beat
Fun fact: I used to box, that’s how I got started in fitness. Chris avoided it because he didn’t want his face to get damaged (smart move). I still love this style of training for burning fat, and Michael is the absolute champ. If you’re new to boxing, his workouts with a beat make it so easy to find your rhythm.

Sunday - My Stretch for More
Did you know that I’m also a qualified yoga instructor? And when I say I am, I mean my mother is. All of the yoga-inspired stretches in this session were designed by Mama Zocchi, and I can tell you she is very proud of how I have demonstrated them for you. But seriously folks, rest or active rest days are such an important part of your routine, and a stretching session like this is the perfect finish to a week of tough workouts.
